We booked the meeting room at Aloft and were looked after from the minute we walked through the door, nothing was a problem for the staff. The room, tech and facilities were great. We enjoyed lunch after our meeting and again the service was great, staff are so helpful and welcoming and the food was great and also great value for money as it wasn't pricey. We will definitely be back again in the near future - thank you!
Excellent stay at the Aloft. Very convenient for going to the P&J. Only downside was the rooms being absolutely roasting. Air con worked but to keep the fan on the highest speed to keep the room cool wouldn't have let us sleep. Otherwise excellent stay
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Madi. From the very first stay, she has consistently gone above and beyond to make me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail never go unnoticed, and she always takes the extra step to ensure everything is perfect. It’s rare to encounter someone who clearly takes such pride in her work and treats every guest with such kindness and respect. She is truly a credit to the hotel, and her exceptional service is a big reason I always look forward to returning.

I recently dined at Aloft and had a great experience from start to finish. I ordered a curry, and it ended up being the highlight of my visit—rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced in spice. You could really taste the freshness of the ingredients, and the dish felt carefully crafted. The atmosphere at Aloft was modern and inviting, and the service was attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable dining experience, and I’d happily return—especially for that curry. Highly recommend!
Room very nice and comfortable. Bar area had severe lack of staff and furniture. A pool table taking up table space is riduculous. No way to book a table means folk taking up eating space while drinking. Please promote Matthew as he tried his best when in a terrible situation of too few staff and too many guests. Present management were useless. His attention to cleanliness and restocking at breakfast was amazing to watch.
We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at this hotel. Room was clean, very modern and well set out. Temperature was a bit hot overnight which affected our sleep. Because the day we stayed, it was very busy due to gig on at the P&J live, no tables available when we wanted food so ended up across at flight path restaurant. Had breakfast next morning. I felt this could’ve been better in the quality of food and more hot options of breakfast food. Had a deal with free parking as usually it’s £15 which is very steep. However, we will definitely return .
Went to Aloft for drinks before and after the football masters at the P and J. It was great for being so close to the venue. Although it was busy the staff were great and we weren't kept waiting. Great atmosphere too!
